Job Description Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for Blue Yonder, WMS, TMS, and related supply chain systems.
Manage BAU incidents, service requests, root cause investigations, and problem resolution activities.
Monitor application performance, identify system issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
Support the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain technology platforms.
Work with business stakeholders to optimise warehouse, transportation, inventory, and fulfilment processes through technology solutions.
Support and maintain MuleSoft integrations between supply chain applications, ERP systems, and external partners.
Assist with testing activities including system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Develop and maintain functional documentation,



support procedures, process maps, and knowledge articles.
