Trades Services Plumbing Brisbane Contract or Temp Contract position - 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday (no weekends) Eagle Farm Office/Depot | Parking Available | Fully off the tools Supervisor for Public Education upgrades and installation works Contribute to essential school infrastructure programs across Southeast Queensland.
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Plumbing Supervisor to provide administrative and coordination support for the delivery of plumbing-related upgrade works across Southeast Queensland.
This role plays a critical part in the successful delivery of infrastructure programs, supporting a dedicated team of supervisors and liaising with contractors and stakeholders across the education and construction sectors.
This is an office-based position located in Eagle Farm, with a strong focus on scoping and quoting plumbing projects; ensuring materials, parts, labour, and WHS are all accounted for and documented correctly for each project.
Position and Responsibilities: To be successful in this role you will have recent experience working as a Plumber: You will assess and then report maintenance requests to the trades staff on a daily basis Your place of work is the Depot, plus any required site and project visits (company vehicle provided) You will need to be computer literate as reporting and communication is an essential part of your job.
Planning and delivering projects through efficient supervision of office staff, field staff and sub-contractors Monitoring and reviewing projects, using work order management,



reporting to clients on job status, costs management, and compliance checks Liaise with clients and contractors in relation to completion of projects Investigate technical issues and provide written technical reports Report the status of works to line managers and others General Computer Admin Duties Your Experience and Qualifications: Ideally possess 5+ years of recent post-trade experience as a Plumber Demonstrate previous Supervisory or Team leader capabilities Current plumbing licence or qualification "C" Class driver's licence Current construction induction (White Card) Experience with domestic commercial plumbing systems, installs maintenance Ability to work both alone and in a team environment Must be able to pass a criminal history check Why this role?
