The Opportunity Working closely with the Leasing Manager and Retail Leasing Executive, you'll play a key role in keeping the leasing function running smoothly.
This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys administration, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine interest in commercial property.
Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and coordinating leasing documentation Assisting with lease renewals, refurbishments and recent leasing deals Managing online listings for vacant tenancies Supporting leasing budgets,
incentives and reporting Assisting with arrears management and tenant correspondence Producing regular leasing, vacancy and financial reports Providing administrative support across the leasing team and wider property division.
We're looking for someone who has: Previous experience in commercial or retail property leasing, property administration or a similar role Experience preparing lease documentation and coordinating leasing processes Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail Confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel The ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively within a team.
