About the company Our client is a well-established Tasmanian forestry organisation managing a large public production forest estate.
The organisation balances environmental, social and commercial outcomes across a large forestry estate, with operations spanning land management, forest products, fire management, road construction and maintenance.
The Perth Nursery and Seed Centre plays a key role in supporting reforestation, plantation forestry and native species production.
The site produces high-volume forestry seedlings and manages operational and strategic seed stores, supplying internal regions and external customers across Tasmania.
About the role This role leads a specialist nursery and seed centre through an important succession and capability transition, balancing operational delivery, safety, production reliability, commercial outcomes and stakeholder confidence.
