This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional with strong financial controls, reporting, and governance experience who can quickly add value in a energetic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead and maintain robust financial controls and governance.
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Manage balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow, and general ledger integrity.
Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver commercial financial insights.




About You CA or CPA qualified.
Demonstrated experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Senior Finance professional.
Strong background in financial controls, compliance, and reporting.
Experience within retail or a multi-site environment is highly regarded.
Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Available to commence immediately or at short notice.
