What You Will Get To Do: Provide accurate information and support across superannuation, insurance, investments,
and pensions Address enquiries and resolve issues in an efficient and qualified manner Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions Collaborate with a diverse team to meet and exceed performance targets Uphold the company's values and ensure high service standards in every interaction What You Will Bring: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service Willingness to learn and adapt to new information, systems, and processes Availability to work a rotating roster between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday Comfortable working in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days in the office per week, with flexibility to do more) No prior financial services experience required — comprehensive training provided A background or interest in superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions.
