Key responsibilities Investigate, consult, and analyze the requirements of system solutions; discuss with stakeholders to provide system-related recommendations for selecting optimal development approaches.
Write and maintain programme code to meet system requirements and technical specifications in accordance with quality-accredited standards.
Research, consult, analyse, and evaluate system program needs,



identify technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes.
Test, debug, diagnose, and correct errors and faults in applications programming languages within established testing protocols, guidelines, and quality standards.
Write, update, and maintain technical programme documentation, end-user documentation, and operational procedures.
Manage testing and automation of software and application deployments, while developing continuous improvement and continuous delivery strategies across system design and software development Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in technology, applying these advancements to existing and new projects to improve efficiency and user experience.
Skills and qualifications Tertiary qualifications in IT, software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Developer Programmer or in a similar role Solid expertise with coding languages (e.g., Java, Python, PHP, C++, etc.) Demonstrated experience in writing, testing, debugging, and maintaining program code Solid problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
