Job Description We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Night Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.
This is a part time role with 2 shifts per week working the overnight shift from 11pm - 7am.
What will you be doing?
Complete audits of daily revenue and postings, making adjustments where needed Collate paperwork and reports for finance and management Provide efficient guest services including check in/out, request handling and providing hotel information Settle and maintain guest accounts,
