Job Description Process employee payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with relevant tax and superannuation regulations.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and payroll systems.
Address payroll queries and provide transparent solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure payroll data accuracy.
Prepare and distribute payslips and associated documents.
Assist with payroll reconciliations and audits as required.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.
The Successful Applicant A successful Payroll Officer should have: Experience with payroll systems and software.
Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Experience using Oracle/Netsuite (preferable) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
Clear communication skills for liaising with employees and teams.
