About the Role: As Bar Supervisor, you will play an integral role within the venue's leadership team, overseeing daily bar operations while supporting and developing a high-performing team.
You will lead by example to ensure service standards remain consistently high, creating memorable experiences for members and guests alike.
This hands-on position is responsible for bar service operations, team leadership, gaming service support, compliance requirements, training and development, and maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
The role requires a confident leader who can perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Your Skills and Experience: * Previous experience in a Bar Supervisor, Duty Manager, or similar hospitality leadership role * Current QLD RSA, RSG and TAB Compliance certifications, or ability to obtain immediately * Proven ability to lead, train, mentor, and motivate hospitality teams * Strong knowledge of beverage operations, gaming services, POS systems, and cash handling procedures * Excellent communication, organisational,
