We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join their Finance and Administration team in a hands-on role managing a large, complex payroll function.
This position is ideal for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a busy environment, has strong EBA experience, and takes pride in delivering accurate and compliant payroll outcomes while being part of a cooperative and supportive team.
About the Role Reporting into the Finance team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of a high-volume payroll while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
Key Responsibilities End-to-end processing of a high-volume payroll for 500+ employees Managing complex payroll requirements within an EBA environment Interpreting Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, awards, overtime calculations, allowances, and payroll legislation Reviewing, validating, and approving timesheets and payroll adjustments Processing superannuation, payroll tax, and other statutory payroll obligations Assisting with payroll reporting, reconciliations, audits,
