The Role This position will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to the Quality team whilst also being responsible for performing key activities within the Quality team ensuring that a high quality, customer focused service is provided to the project.

5 plus years' experience in a Quality role Demonstrated ability to work independently with good initiative and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with the client to understand requirements and with other Wood team members and vendors/suppliers to ensure effective implementation of Quality requirements Demonstrates technical expertise, integrity and the ability to influence and challenge others to behave in ways consistent with the interest of the organisation Actively develops relationships with customers and Wood entities via regular contact and involvement.
Demonstrates ability to develop long and short-term service relationships Demonstrated strong commitment to safety Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral International assignment/project experience in similar roles will be highly regarded Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
