We are currently seeking passionate and skilled Cooks and Chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities  Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes, especially South Indian cuisine  Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation  Assist in menu planning and development  Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards  Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies  Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations  Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen Requirements  Relevant qualification (Certificate III/ IV or Diploma in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)  Minimum 1–3 years of relevant work experience  Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine (South Indian experience preferred)  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  Valuable communication and teamwork skills  Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
