Job Description You'll take full ownership of demand and supply planning for a growing FMCG manufacturer, bringing structure to forecasting, production planning and S OP.
Reporting to the CEO, you'll influence decisions across sales, production and procurement while building scalable processes.
Build and own rolling demand forecasts using sales, promotions and trends Translate forecasts into production plans across automated bottling lines Establish and lead a structured S OP process with key stakeholders Optimise inventory across raw materials, packaging and finished goods Manage procurement planning and supplier performance (local import) Identify supply risks and implement contingency plans Improve ERP/MRP usage,
data integrity and planning processes The Successful Applicant You're an analytically robust planner who can challenge stakeholders and bring structure to a growing operation.
You're comfortable working directly with senior leadership and influencing decisions with data.
3+ years in demand, supply or production planning (FMCG/manufacturing) Strong knowledge of forecasting, S OP and inventory management Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (plus Excel capability) Proven ability to improve planning processes and data accuracy Confident communicator who can push back and drive accountability Comfortable balancing detail with big-picture supply chain decisions Proactive, ownership mindset suited to a scaling business What's on Offer Autonomy to build the supply chain function your way.
