Experienced Posi Track, Grader Loader Operators Location: Perth Metro, WA Employment Type: Contract / Ongoing Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rates (based on experience) About the Role 2XM Recruit are currently seeking experienced and reliable Posi Track, Grader and Loader Operators for multiple projects across the Perth metro area.
These roles offer contract temp with the potential for ongoing work with reputable civil contractors on a variety of projects including subdivisions, roadworks, bulk earthworks and site preparation.
Key Responsibilities Operating machinery including posi tracks, graders and loaders safely and efficiently Final trim and detailed work (highly regarded) Bulk earthworks, site prep and general civil works Conducting daily pre-starts and basic maintenance checks Working alongside site supervisors and ground crew Adhering to all site safety requirements and procedures Requirements Proven experience operating posi track, grader and/or loader machinery Relevant tickets and licences (essential) White Card (Construction Induction) Ability to work in a team and individually Strong commitment to safety and quality work Reliable transport and ability to travel across metro sites Highly Regarded GPS experience (Trimble/Topcon) Final trim experience Experience across subdivision or roadworks projects What's on Offer Potential for Ongoing work with reputable civil contractors Competitive hourly rates + penalties Weekly pay If you're an experienced operator looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
