An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Leasing Paralegal to join a well‐established law firm.
This autonomous role works closely with a Senior Associate and will suit someone confident managing retail shop and commercial leasing files.
The Role You will support a busy practice acting for both landlords and tenants, managing a mix of retail and commercial leasing files.
Key responsibilities include: Reviewing leases Drafting and preparing lease documentation and associated agreements Managing lease registrations and post‐completion requirements Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders Negotiating leasing clauses Handling matter and general file management duties About You To be successful in this role, you will: Have 2+ years' experience as a Leasing Paralegal Demonstrate strong exposure to retail leasing matters Be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision Possess excellent drafting skills and solid attention to detail Be confident dealing directly with clients and stakeholders The Firm/Salary This well‐established, progressive law firm offers a supportive environment where you will report to a Senior Associate while enjoying a high level of autonomy.
