The Advantages: Exposure to property management, buyers agency and project sales Career development and progression opportunities Stable Monday to Friday role – no weekends Fuel allowance provided In office parking available Work alongside experienced Property Managers and industry leaders The Position: Respond to tenant enquiries and provide customer support Assist with leasing, inspections and applications Prepare leases, renewals and tenancy documents Conduct routine inspections and reports Assist with entry and exit reports Coordinate maintenance and contractor bookings Monitor arrears and follow up tenants Upload property ads and support open homes Maintain property records and CRM systems Provide administrative support to the PM team Requirements:
6–12 months' experience in any Real Estate position Current QLD Certificate of Registration Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle Positive attitude and willingness to learn Looking to build a long-term career in Property Management This is the perfect role for someone wanting to move beyond a purely administrative position and gain hands-on property management experience within a business that genuinely invests in its people.
