We're recruiting for an experienced Services Supervisor to join a major data centre construction project in Melbourne's west.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction while earning a highly competitive hourly rate on a long-term contract.
Working alongside the project leadership team, you'll oversee the installation and coordination of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services packages, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing: Supervising building services subcontractors across multiple disciplines.
Coordinating daily site activities and work fronts.
Driving programme outcomes and assisting with milestone delivery.
Managing quality inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
Ensuring all works comply with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact programme.
Building robust working relationships with subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
About You You'll likely come from one of the following backgrounds: Electrical Mechanical HVAC Fire Services Plumbing/Hydraulics Building Services You may currently be a: Services Supervisor Services Foreman Site Supervisor Leading Hand Commissioning Supervisor What We're Looking For: Experience coordinating building services on commercial, industrial, infrastructure or data centre projects.
Strong subcontractor management skills.
Ability to read services drawings and understand construction sequencing.
Safety-focused mindset.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Data centre experience is highly regarded but not essential.
