About the Role We are seeking a high-calibre Development Manager to join our growing Residential Land division, supporting the delivery of a dynamic pipeline of master-planned communities across NSW and Victoria.
Working alongside and mentored by a highly experienced industry leader, this role offers exposure across the full development lifecycle — from acquisition support and rezoning through to subdivision delivery and titling.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage projects across the full development lifecycle, including site due diligence, rezoning, planning approvals, delivery, and project close-out.
Drive planning and rezoning processes, managing consultant teams and engaging with councils and relevant authorities to secure development outcomes.
Oversee design development to ensure projects align with commercial objectives, planning controls, and market expectations.
Prepare, manage, and continuously refine financial feasibility models and project budgets.
Coordinate and manage external consultants including planners, civil engineers, surveyors, legal advisors, and project managers.
Manage land subdivision, civil works interfaces, servicing strategies, and titling processes to achieve programme milestones.
Monitor project performance across programme, cost, risk, and delivery metrics.
Work collaboratively with internal sales and marketing teams to support product positioning, staging strategies, and release timing.
Contribute to new acquisition and business development opportunities as required.
About You Proven experience in residential land or master-planned community development.
Strong understanding of planning frameworks, rezoning pathways, and subdivision delivery.
Demonstrated capability managing multiple projects and consultant teams simultaneously.
Commercially astute with experience preparing and interrogating feasibility models.
Highly developed stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Solutions-focused with the ability to navigate complex planning and delivery challenges.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property Development, Urban Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred.
