Lead and ownership of the payroll function for 350 staff National peak membership body advocating for over 50k members Sydney CBD, highly flexible work arrangements including a 3/2 hybrid set-up Lead Payroll Operations The Client Our client is a well-known, non-profit membership organisation supporting directors and business leaders through education, advocacy and professional credentials.

The Role Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will own the payroll function and ensure accurate, compliant processing and reporting.
Key responsibilities include: Managing timely and accurate monthly payroll processing Handling employee payroll queries discreetly, accurately, and promptly Processing payroll-related payments: superannuation, PAYG withholding, payroll tax, garnishes/child support Partnering with People Culture and managers to ensure documentation is compliant pre-payroll Supporting annual statutory obligations (FBT,
