Clinical Project Coordinator About us Founded by the Harry Perkins Institute, Linear Clinical Research is at the forefront of human breakthroughs, contributing to scientific discovery and advancement through world-leading clinical human trials and medical research.
Our state-of-the-art Advanced Clinical Trials Centre opened in early **** at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and is home to our Cancer Trials Unit (CTU) and is the first of its kind facility in Australia dedicated to bringing novel therapies through clinical trials to the cancer patients of WA.
Your Role in Our Future As a Clinical Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of cutting-edge cancer clinical trials.
Working closely with sponsors, clinicians, participants, and cross-functional teams, you'll help drive projects from start-up through to completion, ensuring studies are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards.
Your contribution will directly support innovative research and help bring new treatment options to patients faster.
Your Experience We're looking for someone who brings: - Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence liaising with sponsors, clinicians, participants, and internal teams - Experience working within regulated environments and following established procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach,



with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
