With an exciting $8 million knockdown rebuild in Pymble commencing shortly, they're seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter / Foreman looking to take the next step into a Site Manager role with the right mentoring and support.
The Opportunity Working alongside an experienced Construction Manager, you'll remain hands-on while taking ownership of the day-to-day site operations.
You'll lead trades, coordinate subcontractors and help drive programme, quality and safety, while being mentored into running your own projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front and is ready to progress into Site Management with a builder that genuinely invests in its people.
Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor carpenters,



apprentices and subcontractors onsite - remaining all tools when needed Coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure programme and quality targets are achieved Deliver high-quality structural and finishing carpentry works Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications Liaise with suppliers, trades and consultants to keep projects running smoothly Maintain exceptional quality, safety and presentation standards throughout the build About You Trade Qualified Carpenter Minimum 5 years' experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman on luxury residential projects valued above $3 million Strong knowledge of residential construction from structure through to detailed finishes Confident leading trades and coordinating subcontractors onsite Excellent communication and organisational skills Passionate about quality workmanship and building a long-term career in Site Management What's on Offer Immediate start on an $8M luxury knockdown rebuild in Pymble Genuine pathway into a Site Manager position with ongoing mentoring and support Long-term career with a highly regarded luxury residential builder Strong pipeline of architecturally designed residential projects across Sydney Competitive salary package based on experience If you're an experienced Leading Hand or Foreman looking to progress into Site Management while working on some of Sydney's finest residential projects, we'd love to hear from you.
