We are seeking an Intake Clinician to join our Intake Team, providing intake support to consumers accessing Community Services across all Rural Northwest Health campuses, working 64 hours per fortnight.
In this role, you will deliver a responsive and person-centred intake service, coordinate referrals and connecting consumers with the most appropriate services.

The successful candidate will have: Qualifications as an Allied Health Assistant,
