Wood delivers maintenance and turnaround services for the Ampol Lytton Refinery and is seeking an experienced Completions Work Pack Administrator for the upcoming Shutdown.
The role of the Completions Work Pack Administrator is to perform key work pack administration and documentation coordination activities, ensuring a high quality, customer-focused service is provided to Ampol.
You will work closely with planners, supervisors, coordinators and site teams, to develop high-quality work packs that improve efficiency, and ensure safety, during shutdown delivery.

The successful applicant will ideally have: Experience in shutdown or maintenance environments Previous Document control / Coordination / Administration experience in a similar role within the engineering / resources industry Experience with Hexagon or similar systems, considered favourably The ability to provide consistently high-quality support in the execution of routine and changing tasks and priorities, within a fast-paced environment Solid communication and organisational skills Positive attitude and team-first mentality Strong understanding of safety, risk management, and site requirement.
