Requires Car/Automotive Service Advisor Experience Competitive Base and Commission South-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne Your normal day will have you: Greet customers and assess their service needs Communicate effectively with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles Provide accurate cost estimates and prioritize repairs • Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles Build strong relationships with customers and maintain customer satisfaction Your next employer has been in operations for over 20 years and has a close-knit, long-standing and a family like team dedicated to support you.
