Our client is continuing to expand nationally, and we're searching for a driven Growth / Business Development Manager to help take their portfolio to the next level.
This isn't your typical BDM role.
You'll be working with warm investor leads, established developer relationships and a strong referral network—giving you the chance to focus on what you do best: building relationships and converting opportunities into long-term clients.

Sales and Property Management teams to maximise every opportunity Track leads, settlements and conversions while delivering an exceptional client experience You'll Bring Experience in Property Management, Business Development, Real Estate Sales, Project Sales or a similar relationship-focused role.
A proven ability to build strong client relationships and convert opportunities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, commercially minded approach.
Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Full Real Estate Licence.
A current QLD Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
A real estate licence across multiple states (such as VIC and/or ACT) will be highly advantageous, but is not essential You're a confident relationship builder, commercially minded, highly organised and passionate about growing a business.
