About the Role: Are you a passionate Speech Pathologist looking for a flexible hybrid role that offers both community and clinic-based work?
Our client is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join their growing multidisciplinary team servicing Melbourne's South-East, including Berwick and surrounding suburbs.




This position is available on either a full-time or part time basis and offers an excellent opportunity to build your career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You'll manage a varied caseload across children and adults, supporting clients with communication, language, speech, swallowing, and disability-related needs.

Key responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive speech pathology assessments and evaluations.
Develop individualised, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's goals.
Deliver therapy across both community and clinic settings.
Manage a diverse caseload involving communication, language, speech, swallowing, and functional needs.
Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as required.
Educate and support clients, families, and caregivers throughout the therapy journey.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Support Workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
Participate in regular supervision, mentoring sessions, multidisciplinary meetings,



and ongoing professional development activities.

Essential Criteria: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership or eligibility.
Valid Australian work rights.
Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Ability to obtain or hold: Working With Children Check (WWCC) National Police Check NDIS Worker Screening Check Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Experience working with NDIS, disability, or aged care clients is advantageous but not essential.
