About the Role The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing smooth restaurant operations, supporting the front-of-house team and ensuring guests receive an efficient, welcoming and high-quality dining experience.
This role includes supervising waitstaff and bar team members, coordinating table flow, assisting with service standards and maintaining presentation across the dining area.
The position also involves handling customer enquiries and feedback, supporting stock control and ordering, working closely with the kitchen team and assisting with training and development.
The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining service consistency, team morale, compliance standards and overall guest satisfaction.
Your Skills and Experience Experience in a Restaurant Supervisor, Food and Beverage Supervisor or hospitality team leader role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, support and guide front-of-house team members Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills Confident using point-of-sale systems,
