Job Title: Maintenance Officer Location: Campbell, ACT Hourly Rate: $35ph + Super Our client, a reputable aged care provider located in Campbell, ACT, is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Officer to join their team on a full-time basis.
This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in maintaining a protected, functional and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors.
Responsibilities: • General repairs and maintenance across the facility • Preventative maintenance and routine inspections • Maintenance of grounds, gardens and outdoor areas • Monitoring and maintenance of building services and equipment • Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner • Coordinating and supervising contractors when required • Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements • Maintaining maintenance records and documentation About You: • Previous experience in a maintenance,
