Civil Supervisor – Roads Utilities Location: Sydney, NSW Employment Type: Short-Term Contract We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a leading civil contractor delivering road and utilities infrastructure projects across Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee site operations and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities across road and utilities construction projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, plant, labour, and materials to achieve programme milestones.
Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and daily site inspections.
Monitor site productivity and resolve construction issues as they arise.
Liaise with Project Engineers, clients, utility authorities, and subcontractors to maintain project progress.
Maintain site documentation, including daily diaries, permits, QA records, and safety documentation.




About You Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on road and utilities infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of road construction, drainage, water, sewer, and underground services.
Experience supervising subcontractors and direct labour in a live construction environment.
Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and quality requirements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Relevant civil construction qualifications and tickets (White Card essential).
