Job description Project Manager (AO6) About the Opportunity We are partnering with a government client to recruit an experienced Project Manager (AO6) based in Mackay.
This is a pivotal leadership role supporting the delivery of project management consulting services and contributing to the growth and sustainability of Queensland's building and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end building projects, including pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-construction Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives Deliver projects in line with scope, time, cost, quality, and cash-flow requirements Oversee contract administration across traditional and non-traditional contract systems Engage with clients daily to ensure expectations are met and outcomes achieved Lead negotiations with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to deliver value-for-money solutions Monitor and control project performance, including reporting on time and cost variances Conduct project audits and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained Support fee determination, client billing processes,
