Monday to Friday | 5:00am - 1:00pm Despatch pallet preparation Reliable transport required We re currently seeking experienced Dispatch Workers to join a large and well-established chicken production facility located in Somerville for an immediate start.
You will become part of a fast-paced dispatch team responsible for preparing, checking, and loading customer orders while maintaining high food safety, quality, and accuracy standards.
Location: Somerville Shift Times : Monday - Friday | 5:00am - 1:00pm About the Role: Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch Checking products and orders for quality and accuracy Labelling and wrapping pallets ready for transport Loading and unloading products using manual handling techniques Working in a chilled warehouse environment handling raw chicken products Completing manual handling tasks (up to 20kg when required) Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised dispatch area Meeting daily dispatch deadlines and productivity targets Identifying and reporting any quality, stock,



or food safety concerns About You: Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or food manufacturing Comfortable working in a chilled workplace with raw chicken products Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced team environment Able to commit to Monday to Friday day shifts, with overtime when required Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling Reliable, punctual, and looking for ongoing employment Due to the location and shift times, you must have your own reliable transport You may be required to complete pre-employment checks prior to commencement.Ready to get started?
