The Opportunity Our client is an Australian owned Property Developer, currently delivering a landmark master-planned community that will grow significantly over the next 5–10 years.
This is a large-scale, long-term project set in a beautiful coastal location – the kind of development that genuinely transforms a region.
A key point of difference for this community is a golf course and clubhouse, which serves as both a lifestyle asset for residents and a commercial and social hub for the wider local area.
This newly created role sits at the heart of it all.
About the Role This is a genuinely unique position that spans two connected operations: a growing residential community and a golf club.
You will be the face of the community – building relationships, creating connection, and driving both engagement and commercial outcomes.
Responsibilties include: Welcome and engage new residents throughout the critical settlement period, from purchase through to moving in Plan and run community events – welcome evenings, resident activities, sausage sizzles, and more Keep both on-site and remote buyers informed and connected with regular updates Support the marketing team with social media content that brings community life to life for prospective buyers Work closely with the Club Manager to grow participation and revenue across bar, restaurant, and function facilities Plan and execute commercially focused events to drive food, beverage, and golf-related sales Identify and secure sponsorships – event partnerships,
and corporate golf days Help position the club as a social destination for both residents and the broader community What We're Looking For Essential: Demonstrated experience in resident, community, or local engagement Proven event management skills – from planning through to execution Energetic, personable, and genuinely enthusiastic about people and community Equally comfortable with new residents, retirees, golfers, and corporate guests Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities across two distinct operations Available to work on-site at the project location (some remote flexibility applies) Highly regarded: Background in community or village management – retirement living, master-planned estates, or similar Experience working in or alongside hospitality, golf, or club environments Social media and/or creative marketing skills Sponsorship, partnerships, or stakeholder relationship experience Why This Role?
Be part of something meaningful – help build a thriving community from the ground up Genuine variety – no two days the same across events, engagement, club operations, and marketing Long-term stability – this role is critical to the project for years to come and is earmarked to continue growing Join a passionate leadership team with a bold, long-term vision for the community Australian owned and operated – a developer that genuinely cares about what they build How to Apply This search is being managed exclusively by Capstone Recruitment.
