You will guide cross-functional collaboration, ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective delivery of orders, and mentor hourly staff in a high-energy workplace. The role requires adaptability to a 4 days on/3 days off pattern (Wed–Sat 2:30 am–12:30 pm) across a 7-day site operation.
