JNK Family Trust PGN Family Trust are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Kununurra, Western Australia .
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient café operations.
This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated individual who has strong barista skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, flat white, and other specialty drinks.
Operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment to prepare beverages according to quality standards.
Grinding coffee beans, adjusting grind settings, and monitoring coffee extraction to maintain consistency and quality.
Texturing and steaming milk to achieve the required consistency for different coffee styles.
Taking customer orders, processing payments, and providing friendly and efficient customer service.




Advising customers on beverage selections and responding to customer requests professionally.
Preparing and serving other beverages such as teas, cold drinks, and specialty beverages.
Skills and Experience Required Relevant qualification and/or minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role.
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café operations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
