We're seeking a passionate Culinary Trainer to join our Brisbane Academy on a 9-month maternity leave contract.
Based in Cannon Hill, this role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on cooking, mentoring and training while helping develop the next generation of Compass Group chefs.
THE POSITION • Deliver practical culinary training and competency assessments • Coach, mentor and support chefs through their learning journey • Organise kitchens, stock and training resources for practical sessions • Maintain and update training materials and content as required • Support food safety,
