About the Role We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy, high-volume location at Garden City.
This is a fast-paced store where strong leadership, commercial thinking and exceptional customer service are key.
You'll take ownership of the store's performance, leading from the front to drive sales while ensuring every customer receives knowledgeable, personalised advice.
You'll coach and develop your team to become confident product experts, create energy on the shop floor and ensure the store delivers across sales, service, presentation and operations.
What You Will Do Lead the day-to-day performance of a busy, high-volume store Drive sales, conversion, ATV and key retail KPIs Lead from the front and deliver exceptional, personalised customer service Coach your team to build strong product knowledge and selling confidence Create an energetic, engaging and high-performing team culture Manage rostering, stock,
