Senior Project Engineer – FRP (Form, Reo, Pour)3-Month Contract to Permanent OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer with robust FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) experience to join a growing civil infrastructure team.
This role will initially commence as a 3-month contract, with a clear pathway to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Working across major infrastructure and construction projects, you will play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, driving programme outcomes, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of reinforced concrete structures.
Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate FRP construction activities across multiple work fronts.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site crews to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
Prepare and review construction methodologies, work packs, ITPs, and SWMS.
Oversee quality, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
Coordinate with design consultants and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Monitor project costs, forecasting, procurement, and reporting requirements.
Support project delivery teams in achieving budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
Mentor and provide guidance to site engineers and junior team members.
Requirements Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.




Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer on civil infrastructure, building, or major construction projects.
Strong FRP (Form, Reo, Pour) experience is essential.
Demonstrated experience delivering reinforced concrete structures.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, temporary works, and site operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
