Cafe the Prevue Pty Ltd in Wangaratta is looking for a full time cook to join our business on a full time basis.
Salary on offer is $*****-$***** plus mandatory super (above award rates), depending on experience.
Your Duties will Include:  Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment.
 Examine cooked and uncooked food stuffs to ensure quality  Preparing and cooking food.
 Seasoning food during cooking.
 Portioning food, placing it on plates and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes.
 Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities.
 Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements.
 Cleaning and following health and safety procedures:  In need, assist chefs in menu planning,



and estimate food requirements, and  In need, may provide training to other kitchen staffs who are less qualified/experienced To be considered for this position, you must-:  have previous experience in the industry or in a similar role (at least 1-2 years)  Have relevant qualifications or at least 3 years' experience  be self-motivated, creative, confident and enthusiastic  be a team player If you possess all the above criteria, please apply for this position.
