About the job
Local Opportunities
Be the point of contact for new local business opportunities.
Oversee project delivery, leading a project team and working closely with cross‐functional teams.
Process and manage new business requests, working closely with the Senior Management team.
Drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and establish key partnerships for Synpulse.
Prepare feasibility studies and propose potential projects to Synpulse management.
Work together with Synpulse's global sales team to close deals.
Prepare management reporting and sales forecasts.
Maintain a personal network within the financial industry.
Account Management
Maintain top‐management relationships with local clients.
Serve as the escalation point for client concerns.
Assume overall responsibility for the success of local projects.
Team Management
Recruit and ramp up the business development team.
Ensure suitable team composition and availability.
Job Requirements
About you:




University graduate with a degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent.
Know‐how of B2B sales strategies.
Track record in business development and sales to the financial industry in Australia (preferably with tier 1 banks and/or insurance companies).
Ability to establish business relationships with clients' top‐level management.
Functional knowledge of banking, insurance, or other financial institutions is an advantage.
Experience with large software implementation projects and direct client exposure is an advantage.
Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English.
