Backed by a larger group, they offer the stability of a well-established business while maintaining a strong local culture and decision-making structure.
The business delivers projects ranging from $10m to $150m across a diverse range of sectors including education, aged care, apartments, health, retail, recreation and social infrastructure.
With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint x2 experienced Site Managers to oversee the delivery of social housing projects in Kelmscott and Bassendean.
About You: Trade qualified, ideally with a carpentry background.
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
Experience delivering apartments, aged care, social housing or residential developments will be highly regarded.




Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations and OH S requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while driving programme outcomes.
