The Role You'll join the estimating team to take ownership of production estimating duties across both medium-density and detached home projects.
You'll handle take-offs, variations, supplier orders, and cost management through the construction phase.

Requirements Solid production estimating experience within Medium Density or volume building Strong knowledge of Australian building standards Confidence in reading plans, completing take-offs, and issuing POs Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure Team-focused attitude with clear and open communication skills Proficiency in Databuild and MS Office is a bonus but not essential Benefits $100k-120k + super Flexible working arrangements Supportive leadership and approachable management Manageable workload and great team energy Great location in Central Melbourne close to public transport.
