The Role Advise on complex commercial disputes, investigations and inquiries involving mining, energy, infrastructure and corporate clients.
Work on matters relating to native title, land access, environmental, planning and administrative law issues, as well as regulatory investigations.
Assist in the resolution of high-value disputes, including corporate restructuring matters, trust disputes and other strategically significant litigation.




About You You will ideally have around 2–3 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation and/or regulatory disputes.
You bring strong analytical, drafting and communication skills, along with an interest in complex and high-stakes matters.
You are a collaborative team player with the ability to work independently, build trusted client relationships and contribute positively to a high-performing team.
