Lead a global payroll function | Hybrid working | Drive process improvement An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a high-performing payroll team based in Perth.
You'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll delivery, ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, mentor a dedicated team, and play a key role in driving systems and process improvements.
What You'll Be Doing Leading and developing a team of Payroll Officers.
Managing end-to-end payroll across multiple countries.
Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
Overseeing payroll reporting, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
Driving payroll systems enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Acting as the go-to expert on all payroll-related matters.
What We're Looking For 5+ years' experience in a Payroll Manager role.




Strong experience managing multi-jurisdictional payrolls.
Excellent knowledge of awards, enterprise agreements, and payroll legislation.
A collaborative leadership style with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
A passion for improving systems, processes, and team capability.
