About the Role We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.
The successful candidate will ensure business processes run efficiently, support staff across various functions, and implement systems that enhance productivity and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the office and ensure administrative activities are completed efficiently.
Develop, review and improve office procedures and administrative systems to enhance operational effectiveness.
Coordinate office resources, equipment, supplies and facilities to maintain a productive workplace.
Supervise and support administrative staff, including allocating tasks, monitoring performance and providing guidance where required.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff scheduling in collaboration with management.
Prepare operational reports, maintain accurate business records and ensure confidential documentation is securely managed.
Monitor office expenditure, process invoices and assist in budget tracking and cost control.
Liaise with suppliers, service providers and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
Ensure compliance with workplace policies, health and safety requirements, and relevant legislative obligations.
Coordinate meetings, maintain office calendars, and support management with administrative projects and business initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and recommend practical solutions to increase efficiency.
Skills Experience Proven 3-4 years' experience in an Office Manager, Administration Manager or similar leadership role.
Robust organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments.
Knowledge of budgeting, record management and office administration practices.
Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's qualification in Business Administration, Management or a related field is preferred.
Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications where appropriate.
