This is an opportunity to join a high-performing Quality Assurance team where you'll work closely with manufacturing and technical operations to ensure products are released safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP standards.
About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for a Quality Assurance Associate to provide frontline quality support across manufacturing operations within a GMP-regulated environment.
Working closely with production, engineering, validation, and technical teams, you'll provide real-time quality oversight, support documentation and quality system activities, and assist with investigations, change controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys working both on the manufacturing floor and within quality systems.
Duties Provide frontline quality support to manufacturing and operational teams, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
Review manufacturing documentation, batch records, and technical reports to support timely product release activities.
Assist with quality investigations, deviations, change controls, and CAPA documentation.
Review and approve validation protocols, reports, and controlled documentation.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and support operational improvements.
Maintain quality records and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and inspection-ready.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.
Provide technical quality guidance to support manufacturing and validation activities.
Skills and Experience Degree qualification in Science, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
Experience within a Quality Assurance, Validation, or GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
Robust technical writing and document review experience.
Previous experience supporting quality investigations, change controls, or validation activities.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work closely with manufacturing and operational teams.
Experience working with electronic quality systems or manufacturing systems is highly regarded.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
