About the Opportunity Are you an adaptable administrative professional who thrives on variety?
Do you love the energy of fast-paced corporate marketing events but also enjoy the structured, process-driven world of supply chain operations?
We are a leading organization seeking an Operations Logistics Coordinator to step into a uniquely diverse, cross-functional role.
Supporting both our high-profile Marketing team and our busy Supply Chain Technology division, no two days here will ever look the same.
This role offers a distinct split-site experience: spending two days a week in our vibrant Sydney corporate office and one day a week on the ground at our major manufacturing facility in Western Sydney.
If you are looking for a role where you can truly see the impact of your work from the factory floor to the boardroom, this is it.
Key Responsibilities Reporting to departmental leadership, you will keep the wheels turning across multiple business units by managing: Event Conference Logistics: Co-lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of our major annual Commercial Conference and key trade engagement activities.
Procurement Vendor Management: Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert for our e-purchasing systems—raising purchase orders (POs), onboarding new vendors, and resolving invoice discrepancies.
Executive Team Support: Proactively manage calendars and coordinate complex travel arrangements for key leaders across both divisions.
Site-Specific Admin: Provide a vital administrative and financial presence at our manufacturing site, driving efficiency and process improvement across the facility.
Workflow Optimization: Take the initiative to simplify internal systems, eliminate redundant tasks, and make collaboration seamless.
What We Are Looking For We are looking for a proactive, highly organized coordinator who can pivot quickly between competing priorities.
To be successful, you will bring: 2–5 years of administrative or operational experience (experience supporting logistics, manufacturing, or marketing functions is highly regarded).
Technical Savvy: Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, corporate travel booking systems (e.g., Concur), and enterprise procurement/ERP software.
Mobility: The ability and willingness to travel locally between our corporate office and manufacturing site weekly.
Exceptional Communication: The unique ability to build relationships and networks with anyone, from frontline factory team members to executive leaders.
Problem-Solving Mindset: A sharp eye for detail and the emotional intelligence to resolve scheduling or workload conflicts before they arise.
Why Apply?
True Variety: Break away from the monotony of standard admin roles with a hybrid position that blends event coordination and corporate procurement.
Growth opportunities: Broaden your skill set across two core business pillars (Marketing Supply Chain), making you an invaluable asset to the business.
Collaborative Culture: Join a supportive, forward-thinking team that values feedback, continuous learning, and process improvement.
To Apply If you are an adaptable, organized professional ready for your next career step, we want to hear from you.
Please submit your tailored CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience managing competing priorities.
