Epson, a leader in printer and imaging markets, is seeking an IT guru to join our Pre-Sales team supporting our growing office and commercial print businesses.
Reporting to our Team Leader Pre-Sales, this role will act as a technical representative for our Victorian sales operations, supporting our sales team, dealers and customers.
Key Responsibilities: Configure, test, and troubleshoot print solutions in diverse IT environments.
Collaborate with the sales team service team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Provide technical pre-sales support, including product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and customer events.
Lead technical presentations, training, and workshops to demonstrate the value of Epson technology to clients.
Assisting with installations either remotely or on-site at customer locations Highly Desirable Skills Experience: IT Network Integration : Extensive knowledge of networking protocols and infrastructure.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network configuration.
Technical Pre-Sales Solution Design :
Ability to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions, product configurations, and service offerings.
Experience in presenting complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Print experience (advantageous but not essential): Background with A3 Multifunction Devices or Large Format printers (in Photo, proofing, signage, or textile).
Experience with third-party print management software such as PaperCut.
Project Management and Collaboration : Exceptional communication skills, and ability to deliver effective training.
Solid collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications or certification in these areas will be highly regarded.
