Fully mobilised in February ****, our 125 strong team continue to deliver service excellence across the entire Seqwater network.
The network expands as far as Gympie in the north, to the NSW border in the south, and from North Stradbroke Island in the east, to the base of the Toowoomba Ranges in the west.
About the Role Reporting into our Delivery Manager, you'll be the main point of administrative support for our project team who are delivering the Minor Capital works across the Seqwater contract.
Acting as the central point of project support, you will help ensure the efficient delivery of projects through effective coordination of information, documentation, reporting, and administrative activities.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments to facilitate project delivery Supporting compliance, auditing and continuous improvement initiatives Maintaining accurate project registers,



filing systems and records Managing and maintaining document control processes, workflows and records Creating, managing, and monitoring project work tickets Coordinating project reporting and database updates You will thrive in this role if you are someone who loves organisation, enjoys problem solving and takes pride in getting the details right.
