Reporting to the Superintendent Business Services, you will oversee safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of village services, facilities maintenance, security, water production and wastewater treatment, waste disposal, and pest control services, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with BCI Minerals' operational standards and expectations.
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Site Services Coordinator who can think on their feet and thrive in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements, the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, utilities and infrastructure, as well as experience in planning and scheduling.

We are rapidly progressing the Mardie Salt Operation and Potash Project (Mardie Operation), a tier 1 solar evaporation project that will supply high-purity industrial salt and sulphate of potash (SOP) for more than 60 years.
Mardie will be the largest salt operation in Australia and the third largest globally.

The Role We are looking for a proactive and organised Site Services Coordinator to oversee the delivery of essential site services at Mardie.
Working closely with contractors, Village Management and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure services are delivered safely,



efficiently and in compliance with relevant legislation and company standards.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a background in trade, maintenance, planning or scheduling who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic site environment.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of a range of contracted services, including village operations, facilities maintenance, security, water and wastewater, waste management, pest control and fire equipment.
This role also includes coordinating routine compliance activities, managing contractor quotations and approvals, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the planning of site events, wellness initiatives and VIP visits.
As part of the Business Services team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, build robust relationships with contractors and stakeholders, and play a key role in creating a safe, compliant and well-maintained site for everyone at Mardie.
About You: To be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience in a similar position with responsibility for contractor management or supervision within a village, camp or similar accommodation environment.
You will possess a strong understanding of health and safety requirements and be committed to maintaining a safe, compliant and inclusive workplace.
You'll be an effective communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, you will be capable of identifying and resolving service delivery issues and workplace conflicts while minimising operational disruption.
You must have solid organisational skills, a eye for attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint, are essential.
Experience in planning and scheduling and/or a trade background will be highly regarded.




The successful candidate will be required to provide a national police clearance that is not older than 6 months and if site based must hold a WA White Card.
You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
